In the months leading up to your event, the Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning team will orchestrate the vision and manage the overall direction of the entire planning process. This package is perfect for those who desire complete management of the entire planning, styling and coordinating process. From the invitations to your getaway car, we put together an elite team of professionals to create your signature event. Our services include but are not limited to: budgeting, venue selection, vendor referrals and management, guest accommodations, styling and design, event timeline and more. 



This package is ideal for those who enjoy planning the details but also want that extra guidance and direction. Our service package timeline will detail every task and deadline throughout the planning process, so you don't have to. Aside from our monthly meetings, our clients will receive budget assistance, vendor recommendations and management, styling and design services and our team will construct a production schedule and timeline for the entire event weekend {ex: rehearsal, event day, post-wedding activity} along with a detailed venue layout.


MONTH OF COORDINATION / Starting at $1,250

Designed for those who have done the planning but want help implementing the event day specifics. Two months prior to your event, our team will assume all communication and management of your selected vendors, construct a production schedule and timeline for the entire event weekend {ex: rehearsal, event day, post-wedding activity} and develop a detailed venue layout for all parties involved. Let us guide you through the day so you can make the best of memories with family and friends.
