HI! I'm ERIKA AMALIA Grubb

 

Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning is an event design and planning studio servicing Central California + beyond. Started by a Central Valley native, our studio provides Full Service Planning, Partial Service Planning, Month of Coordination and Unique Extras. Our team will professionally help you plan and design your corporate, social or wedding event from start to finish. 

We produce unique and meaningful events that are complimentary to your personality, style and budget. From selecting the very best vendors to managing your budget and timelines, we take care of the nitty gritty details behind-the-scenes, so you can concentrate on having fun! We have a strong passion for the concept of design, and in our opinion, no detail is too small enough to overlook. 

So whether you're throwing an event for the first time or simply need assistance in styling or sourcing vendors, let us take the lead.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

In the months leading up to your event, the Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning team will orchestrate the vision and manage the overall direction of the entire planning process. This package is perfect for those who desire complete management of the entire planning, styling and coordinating process. From the invitations to your getaway car, we put together an elite team of professionals to create your signature event. Our services include but are not limited to: budgeting, venue selection, vendor referrals and management, guest accommodations, styling and design, event timeline and more. 

50+ Hours of Planning Including 12+ Hours of Event Day Coverage - Package Price Starts at $2,500

 

PARTIAL SERVICE PLANNING

For those who enjoy planning the details but also want that extra guidance and direction throughout the planning process. The Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning team will provide budget assistance, recommend and manage all vendors, construct a production schedule and timeline for the entire event weekend {ex: rehearsal, event day, post-wedding activity}, develop a detailed venue layout and provide styling and design services.

35-50 Hours of Planning Including 12 Hours of Event Day Coverage - Package Price Starts at $1,750

 

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Designed for those who have done the planning but want help implementing the event day specifics. Two months prior to your event, the Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning team will assume all communication and management of your selected vendors, construct a production schedule and timeline for the entire event weekend {ex: rehearsal, event day, post-wedding activity} and develop a detailed venue layout for all parties involved. Let us guide you through the day so you can make the best of memories with family and friends.

25-35 Hours of Planning Including 12 Hours of Event Day Coverage - Package Price Starts at $1,250

Erika Amalia Event Design & Planning understands that there can be a lot of little extras that pop up while planning for any event. Whether you need personal styling assistance {head-to-toe look}, website design services for your event or anything else you can think of, our team is here to make your life a little easier and stress-free!
